My fish is a little wet some times. I'll still eat it but I enjoy it more when it's not falling apart. I always get the steamed broccoli so it might not be grease and just moisture. The carry out dinner cases are probably the culprit, there's nowhere for that steam to go.

Not a bad restaurant, just bad employees. We stopped in for lunch and my goodness their organization and respect was horrendous. It was literally a bunch of teenagers who could care less about what you wanted. Standing at the counter trying to order and the girl couldn't even focus on what we were saying. Rather her focus remained on the group of girls next to her talking derogatorily about other customers inside. Took almost 15 minutes to order two sandwiches with sides of chili, we were the only ones ordering. We weren't given items we were charged for, charged twice for actually. Took half an hour for sour cream, which we never even got, said they couldn't find it. The food itself wasn't bad, whoever cooked it did a fantastic job. The workers just set the tone and it was an extremely negative one. Sadly, we'll probably never go back to this location. Even with the food being delicious, the experience was horrible and a situation we don't want to put ourselves in again.

A lot of ppl bragged on this place, nothing really popped out about the butter burgers except their fries, they weren't your usual dipped in salt type taste of fries which is nice to get without having to ask for it. Didn't try the dessert tho.

My wife loves the fish and I think the butter burger is the best fast food burger around.

They ran out of onion and instead of informing us so we could change the order just left it off and also no tomato on a Deluxe. Gave us one straw and the ice cream was melting when they gave it to us.

Burgers have decent flavor. Burgers r over cooked. Buns were soggy. Service was good. Don't know why it's so cold inside. Should have comfortable temperatures inside for customers. Over priced.
