The service and atmosphere were great. I can’t say enough good things about the wait staff. Very cute place. The food was flavorful but portions were small and hopefully someday the chef will learn how to cook a steak. Had to send mine back TWICE and it finally came back close enough. Grateful that the taste was very good. Overall wouldn’t recommend but may give a second chance with a simpler dish.

Love Ohana!!!! Have been going here for years, including my 21st birthday dinner. Always lovely to dine in for a treat, but have been getting takeout for the last few years due to COVID......consistently DELICIOUS! Specials, regular menu, soup, dinner, dessert -- you literarily can't go wrong. And as a bonus: the employees are lovely! They are clearly working hard to ensure positive experience for all customers, whether they're dining in or taking out or otherwise. I have NEVER had a bad experience or a bad meal!

My wife and I really enjoyed our dinner at Ohana Grill. Their menu is large so there is a lot to chose from, which also means we will be going back to try everything else. While my wife didn’t enjoy her meal as much as I did, I think it was just a mater of her not liking the style of the plate. I loved everything I had, we did the wasabi calamari and spare ribs to start, both delicious and very flavorful. For dinner I had the Seared Ahi Tuna and added a stuffed lobster tail. Both really well done and cooked to perfection. Also, the mango rice was excellent. Will definitely come back for me. Love the BYOB aspect and Lavallette Liquors has a nice selection next door.

Finally made it back here after taking a few years off. Of course we waited until the off-season because it's very hard to get a decent reservation time in the summer. Once again the restaurant was everything we asked for. Great service, delicious food, and BYO. Highly recommend this location if you can get in at time that fits your eating style.

Went here last night with my husband. The food was fantastic, and so was the service. We ordered a salad with bib lettuce, walnuts, bluecheese and a delicious dressing. For dinner my husband had salmon with a maple pecan crust, sweet potato puree, and carrots and green beans; he said it was the best salmon he ever had. I despise salmon but I tried a taste and, yeah it was delicious. I had a scallop dinner with a mushroom and crab risotto the scallops were huge, done perfectly. I was concerned about the crab in the risotto but it was not overpowering at all. We had dessert, my husband had the apple bread pudding, and I had the skillet chocolate chip cookie with icecream. Everything was excellent. Currently this place is open Thursdays through Saturday, in the summer it is open all week. Not a large restaurant and you must have reservations. We got there at six pm by the time we left it was packed. If you are looking for a great place to eat, I highly recommend the Ohana Grill. Enjoy!

Been here many times and have never been disappointed. Imaginative selections and very tasty. Loved the open kitchen and the wait staff, every time we have visited, has been friendly and attentive. I opted for the wild mushroom ravioli in a red pepper sauce which was amazing. Ceviche appetizer with the best, hands down, homemade chips EVER was to die for. Take the time to listen to the specials since they are usually wonderful! BYO with super handy liquor store directly across the street. don't miss the dessert!

Last night Kristy and I enjoyed an excellent dinner at The @ohanagrilllava in #Lavallette #NJ. I highly recommend going if you have never been there and make sure you make a #reservation. I started with the #CrabBalls - #risotto, lump #crabmeat, Vermont #cheddarcheese, lemon #aioli. They tasted great and they were like #crabcakes with risotto in them. I enjoyed them. Then I had the incredible Day Boat #Scallops Risotto - #mushroom, #spinach and #crab. I can tell you the #dish was absolutely amazing and the scallops were cooked to #perfection. Date night done right... From the panko shrimp to the perfectly cooked steak to the salmon special to the hot chocolate chip cookie skillet desert... It was the best celebration in a long time..
