Danielle and her team gave great service. I ordered a iced coffee and was given the wrong size. So I came back around to inquire if it was the right size. It wasn't and Danielle made it right for me with a smile. Everyone makes mistakes. But Danielle and her team corrected it with no attitude or mean faces. Food was correct and fresh 😋 Thanks Danielle and team! You started my day off right. Keep up the awesome job!
Unfortunately, I had an issue with retrieving my 2nd rewards order from the Wendy's App. Ms Shaunte the morning manager gave me the sandwich. I am very grateful because the sandwich was for my son who had to take meds before school. Usually I make breakfast at home but I had an early appointment so I used my points to get my son and daughter a sandwich. Again, Thank You! For the generous hospitality.
Usually busy throughout the day and outside of peak hours, which used to be a problem, however the current management and staff are doing a great job.
They make sure to greet you, in addition to great service. The food is also consistently better than other nearby restaurants as well.
The ladies taking the orders were not too nice. Did not make us feel welcome and seemed It was not very busy when we were there, or I would understand some of it.
Food was hot and delicious, drive-thru was quick and employee was friendly.
Food and service is always good. Time is a little long but I think it's because it's always crowded. They are definitely doing something right.

Wendy's is about the only fast food restaurant in Laurinburg that serves actual meat on their burgers instead of soybean burgers like McDonald's
We were having a late lunch. Food was good. (Not as good as usual) service was good. It did not take long to get order.
Update: I must admit that Wendy's has gotten better. The food has always been good but thr service was...lacking. However, it seems they've improved dramatically. Great job!

Everyone was very nice and friendly. The fries were hot and crispy like they should be. It was a great ride home with dinner.
Good service friendly cashier took my order. She took her time and was very polite. She also recommend a new drink. I purchased a new honey hot chicken sandwich it was fresh temperature was hot. Cookies look good very large sugar cookies and chocolate chip but I didn't need to eat another thing so I didn't order.
Seemed short staffed. Order was right. Polite staff.
