Cold Stone Creamery

Went today service was horrible not only did I have to repeat my order twice the girl still got it wrong she didn’t do anything but scoop the ice cream out could’ve went to baskin robbins for that charge me 12.49 for two smalls not my regular cold stone experience I will never go back to this location and will be contacting corporate office

Had to wait over 10 minutes to get served due to only one person being there. I made my order and told the girl exactly what I wanted. I got my ice cream that was melting down the entire bowl. Was not offered a spoon, a napkin, Or a bag! I asked for the bag and spoon and she literally handed me the bag without even opening the bag seeing the ice cream was melting down the bowl. Also, I got home to the ice cream not even being what I asked for 😡 I called and of course, no answer all night. I even tried the next day and still no answer. I also was not given a receipt. Definitely, no good customer service at all!

I had the worst service from this store. There was 1 person in the front and another one sitting in the back on her phone (I could see her from the line). Another lady behind me was rude and the young girl up front wen to get the other person from the back. The girl from the back came out extremely rude, mumbling, and rolling her eyes. When asked to repeat herself, she acted as though I was burdening if her. She scooped my ice cream (cake batter) and it had sorbet on it. She argued with me about re-scooping the correct batter. She clearly came out with her attitude directed towards the wrong person. When I asked her name, she was still very distasteful and denied my request. I called the store and no manager seems to ever be present. I emailed the store and received an ungrammatically correct response. I am very disappointed in the level of professionalism and respect exhibited by this store. I only recommend if you want your ice cream with a side of disrespect.
