Found Sybils through a friend and it was delicious. I had oxtail and rice. The gravy was deep and rich. The homemade hot sauce is legit. The owners were so friendly. Small but super busy so you know its good. Prices on par about $15 with drink. I dont have to recommend this place because im late to
Delicious Guyanese food! I ordered the jerk, chicken, rice, and cabbage! The guava, pineapple , mango ginger drink is definitely a must try.
I came here to buy Guyanese food and pastries before getting on a flight yesterday. As expected (sadly) and as others have shared in their reviews, the service can stand some improvement; the attendant was very laissez faire in addressing my presence/making me feel welcome or communicating with me d
As others have mentioned, sometimes the service here is not the best, sometimes the servers are not the most attendant or friendly, and the food quality varies (however, the food is never outright bad from my experience). I've been here many times for take out. The portion sizes are always very gene
My second time & better than the first ! First time going . Had great coco bread, coconut pastry & cassava pone . The restaurant is very nice & the hot food looked delicious ! Lots of pastries & variety of breads. I’ll definetly return ! The Mac & Cheese looked like a 10 !
This best Guyanese style food in Broward, the food is fresh and tasty. The cassava pone there’s always the best. I’ve been a coming here since they open up well over 10yrs now. The staff are friendly, I feel like family when I come here.
This place never disappoints . I've been buying food from this restaurant since forever. Believe me when I say there always on point with the food. Clean, professional, and perfect atomphere with every visit, nothing less. Great job, guys. Keep up the great work . Cannot wait until my next visit
Nice variety of Caribbean cuisine. Everything from rock cakes to pone many of my favorites growing up in Trinidad. The staff are super friendly and NICE. This is the place to come for spicy Jamaican beef patties best I have had in Florida. The filling is generous well seasoned and the crust is c
This place is the best! If you want the real Guyanese food experience you come to Sybil’s. My wife’s family runs the bakery and we’ve never had bad food from there. We’ve been to the New York location too and love all of it. The people are nice. I highly recommend you go in to get curry chicken, goa
Cassava pone was good not too sweet. Goat was a bit too oily for me though and could have been seasoned more. Make sure to order the roti and meat separately (you'll thank me especially if you aren't eating it right away)
This place is amazing. Every time I come home I have to stop here multiple times lol. Everything from the roti to the Guyanese patties and guava pastries are amazing but the main thing I love are those chick peas! The spice blend and flavor on those things are from another planet.
The best, honestly. I’m back in town for the week and so glad to see Sybil’s is still here. it’s some of the best Caribbean food in South Florida. not to mention they also have successful locations in NY. I love this place. food is always fresh and flavorful. it’s the most authentic and the warmest.
My recent obsession is Roti’s, I’ve tried the Curry Chicken and I’ve tried the Curry Goat with added veggies, has the right enough spice and flavors. I also enjoyed the Phoulorie. Will def be returning!
