Marco's Pizza

Worst customer service ive ever had. Was told i couldnt use coupons given to me in the mail and the managers on duty were extremely rude. I was more upset that i was being talked down to over a pizza and endlessly interrupted so i couldnt even change my order to fit the coupons criteria. It was an extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience. I had the manager basically tell me she didnt need my business and then the GM today would not apologize for her employees mistakes. Both were pretentious and bitter. USED TO ORDER ALOT but the service has gone downhill. I have worked in food for 6 years and never spoke to a customer the way these folks do. They were being very condescending and implying i was trying to cheat the company. Pizza wasnt that great either. No big deal just wont order again.

It's a small chain pizza joint. That said, I've ordered pizza there a few times now and have had no complaints so far. You can certainly get better quality pizza elsewhere, but you'll also pay more. Marco's pizza is exactly what it was meant to be, lower priced, medium quality food designed to be picked up when you rent a movie from family video.

We ordered 2 Italian Hoagies and 1 large pizza on Dec. 23, 2014. 6:40 P.M. I asked for it to be delivered. The girl told me it would be about and hour, although not happy with the long wait, I said that was fine., paid for it over phone with debit card. After waiting not for the HOUR she told me, but an HOUR 1/2, I called and asked what was going on and their excuse was, "well, we only have one driver, they will be there in about 40 minutes!" REALLY???!!! I PAY A REDICULOUS amount for pizza and subs, which by the way are nothing in comparison to Scotty G's...they're horrible! So, I in turn question "40 minutes? Are you serious? I have already been waiting an hour 1/2?!" She says hold on and next thing I know is a manager (female) gets on phone and says"ah, yeah...we only have one driver so he will be there as soon as he can. He just left with your order, he will be there in 5 minutes." I said "fine." 30 freakin minutes later, he shows up. So DON'T ORDER FROM HERE., They have no consideration for their customers and didn't even apologize for the horrible experience or food. I know our family won't EVER order from here EVER again!!!
