Pizza Hut

Pizzas good. This location not so much I got charged three times by mistake and called the wrong store at first. The first person at the other location was SUPER nice asked for my number to see if she could resolve this issue by looking at my account or whatnot. She ended up telling my I had to call the location I ordered from I said thank you and called this location. Girl answers and I say I was charged three times. She then proceeds to tell me I’m wrong like I don’t have bank statements that prove it and then tells me that I don’t need to call Pizza Hut I need to call my bank and it could’ve been said much nicer. She then tried to explain to me how to call the bank and why I need to call the bank. I said don’t patronize me why do you think it’s OK to talk to me like this and so she proceeded to hang the phone up on me. I call back and I got hung up on twice more I finally get a connection through to the store to ask for a manager she said she is the manager so that’s how this location as being managed and she was completely rude and has no customer service skills probably shouldn’t be working in the customer service field

I had a wonderful interaction with Rio. Had an amazing conversation with him and was very pleased with the service. Probably the best encounter I’ve ever had with an employee at a chain restaurant. I honestly believes he deserves a raise for the professionalism and especially after taking a pay cut coming to work at this location. If he doesn’t get a raise I will find out by calling. And I will call corporate. Period. It was a pleasure. Sam

Horrible service. They gave me wrong order, and when I called to let them know the girl said “I packaged that order I know it was correct”. First of all I know what my order was and what I received was two different things. Second the name on order was under my name and on receipt was some Eileen name. How are you going to tell me I got the correct order. She was trying to rush me on the phone.

The manager Gloria is the literal worst. We placed an online order and it was wrong when it arrived. We had to call 6 times to get through. When we finally did, Gloria spoke over us and said we ordered wrong and she had the receipt in front of her. We explained that we had the order receipt in our email and it’s correct on our end and to please fix it. She then put us on hold, came back and said “it’ll be 30 minutes for the new pizza” and immediately hung up. I don’t know if she’s having a bad night or what but if she would’ve let us finish our sentence she would have known there was an online ordering problem. But instead she wanted to be aggressive and call people liars lol. I hope she had a better night.

When I got there they said they had given my order to someone else, so they remade it. It was terrible. I ordered two pepperoni pizzas, pineapple on one. To save time they just threw uncooked pineapple on an already baked pepperoni pizza. The pineapple just fell off when trying to eat it. I also paid extra for cheese sticks and received regular bread sticks. Terrible service. Terrible food. Terrible experience.
