Einstein Bros. Bagels

I ordered a "large mocha breve" from a middle aged lady who seemed to be the manager. She accepted the order, charged my CC and made my "breve" (which means made with half-and-half) with 2% milk. When I pointed out her error, her reply was "We don't do that. We're NOT Starbucks!" I refused the drink and asked her to credit my CC only to be told, "We don't do that, I'll have to give you cash.". Which she, grudgingly, did. If she didn't know what I had asked for she should have asked for clarification and not just accepted the order. For obvious reasons I cannot comment on their products as I shall never again patronize this establishment. Located on a University campus with no parking, no general clientele and a supposedly captive audience.

on a 15 hour road trip, went 15 minutes out of my way off the highway to get a cup of joe here, turns out they were closed even though the map listing here says 8pm! so inconvenient when you don't keep your local directory listings up to date!! thank you for wasting my time today and extending my already long trip.
