Burger King

The cashier was rude and when I asked for a refill on lemonade (because the machine doesn’t offer any available to the public) she goes to the back to tell a coworker to service me and laughs and jokes for a couple minutes before coming back out to hesitantly give me a refill! And there’s no soap in the bathroom if you’re one of those people like me who prefer to wash my hands rather than sanitize after using the restroom.

I was here a couple of weeks ago and it was a mess, disorganized lack of cleaning, and orders would take forever. I was here today and there have been several changes it looks way cleaner and way more organized than before. I met the new general managers, Nancy and Lola, they're nice and kind girls. I told them what a great job they were doing keep up the good work.

Food was horrible. Whopper with cheese meal, I did not finish. Maybe two bites on the Whopper. Second bite was to ensure I was disliking the taste. Fries were cold and not at all fresh. Lobby was in bad shape, not cleaned. Employees chatting in back while I stood waiting for someone to help me with my order. Not going back to this particular location.

Place is just absolutely disgusting. Not a single clean table on site. Had to spray down and wipe our own table which we had to open the bottle to get the last of the product out. After wiping the table, our napkin was black meaning tables are not wiped down regularly. I asked for a lid because they were not stocked and was asked to take them out myself while the girl up front was texting and said she was busy. Everything in the restaurant was absolutely a mess and just overall filty. I do not recommend eating here or even ordering through the drive thru. Basic hygiene was a miss.

So we went to the drive thru. Car pulled out cuz service was slow. We waited about 20 minutes. When we finally ordered, DBL Whopper meal and an Impossible Burger meal. Checked bag 2 fries 2 burgers. We drive home. No Impossible burger it was a Jr burger. Not happy!!! So now I'm driving back! Ugh never again!!! NEVER!!!!

Waited in drive through for 17 minutes for a Wopper Jr, onion rings and chicken fries. They said they were slammed, but they were on their phone and chatting. Totally forgot we were there until we honked the horn to get their attention. They looked surprised to see us. Then just passed the food without saying a word. So rude.
