Mcdonald's

I ordered a large fish combo from the Losee and Cheyenne store. They gave me a large fry box with a medium serving of fries. My daughter ordered the 10 peice nugget meals. They gave her the same serving of fries in a large fry box and no sauce for her nuggets. The only thing that was correct was my large sweet tea. They are the worst and are crooks

This location needs to step their game up seriously. It smells like a bad sewer or grease trap. Depending on the time of day, you could possibly wait for minutes before someone acknowledges you. The quality of food varies also depending on the time of day. Management clearly needs help to ensure the staff is working effectively and efficiently.

Nice and Clean, and no line. Employees at the ready. McDonalds app on my phone=BigMac No charge for being a loyal customer and personal best friend of Ronald McDonald the clown Himself. I call him Ronnie McDee cause we’re tight. I showed them a 4 digit code from my phone that they obviously recognized could have only come from the man himself. They handed me my BigMac no questions asked except If I wanted anything else. (Like he read my mind) because I wanted so many things according to my long running bucket list that I just added to and now can cross off free BigMac whenever I want. But I left the list at home in my floor safe under the rug under my back up bed I store in my closet disguised as a pile of clothes. So I left, a happy customer, as always.

Dog wouldn't even eat it looked like someone took a bite out of it stale biscuit .Something going on at this location. Going through staff the only thing they got right after along wait 2 days in a row breakfast was completely wrong after ordering and reordering and to top it off after the long wait food was still wrong and old and cold. Different shift from last night when I ordered a large fries and they told me to pull around after waiting for 15 minutes they brought my fries. They must have forgot about me so they gave me 2 orders of old old fries. Really your going to raise prices and make people pull around and wait for cold food?Come on the job can't be that hard. The staff for the most part is friendly or at least they smile must be the management. Also had to have exact change they said no $1 bills. Really....they opened a new Mc Donald's about a mile away off Lake Mead and Decatur 💯 cleaner and no wait time and they actually give you what you order. I love that !!!My dog is trying to hide the food somewhere . 😒

On Monday, I ordered 2 McDouble's with NO PICKLES, add mayo and extra onions. The cashier confirmed my order over the speaker and at the first window and somehow when I received my order, it will sill incorrect. I received 2 PLAIN McDouble's instead. The cashier obviously did not input my order in correctly. My receipt wasn't printed out clearly which was unprofessional as she didn't even take in consideration to look at the receipt before handing it to me. The 2nd cashier by the name of Trae was the only polite, courteous and kind employee that I would say takes customer service seriously. I enjoy seeing him at the first window although this visit will be my last as this isn't the first time this location has provided me with an incorrect order.
