Arby's

If you like Arby's food, it's usually pretty consistent from one location to another. This location is the nearest one to our home, so we try to visit at least once every few weeks. We gave up on them some time ago because the service was atrocious. One could stand for 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging you were there, much less take the order. We walked out several times. In the last few months, we decided to try again. Pleasantly, service was excellent - prompt greeting, order taken and ready quickly and correctly. This most recent experience continued that string of good service. It may have been the manager on site that made things go so smoothly, but whatever the reason, it was great. Food was quality as always. I like the brisket sandwiches they have offered recently. Thanks for a good experience.

Thursday night, not busy at 6:45pm. Ordered 2 regular classic toast beefs and one SMALL UNSALTED CRINKLE CUT FRY. Sandwiches are fine. WAS CHARGED AND GIVEN A LARGE ORDER OF CRINKLE CUT FRIES WITH SALT...out of 2 items ordered it shouldn’t have been wrong...The girl at the window repeated the order correctly. So spent around $4.00 for fries we can’t eat as can’t eat salt!!! Come on guys, this shouldn’t happen, especially on such a simple order!

Stood there for a few minutes until someone noticed us at the front register. Even with an empty Restaurant. One of the workers was loudly complaining about a drive through order. Drink and sauce stations were a mess. Some tables needed to be wiped down. Food was ok. French dip was cold. I get it regularly at the Arby's closer to home and it is never cold. The beef is usually warm to hot and cheese melted. At this location the beef was cold cheese cold. Au jus was just warm not hot like the other locations. We will NOT be returning to this location. Thank goodnees the Arby's closer to home is 100% better than this location.

Arby's on a Friday night? You'll need to be super hungry to eat this trash, and by the time you reach the drive-up window you will be! Tried the spicy Fish for my first time ever. It wasn't spicy and it wasn't good either; way too much sauce. And the super microwaved jalapeño sliders? So chewy! Yuck!

I didn't know that it was a rule for customers ordering in drive thru to give a coupon number at the ordering speaker. On the contrary. It should be the drive thru employee should ask if there is a coupon that customers would like to add. No need to get that upset over a coupon not being added. Raising canes has more smiles and I'm sure they won't get upset as "you" did anyway. Thanks to this one employee panicking under fixing a coupon pressure, this location got a low rating.
