Domino's Pizza

I would have give them a 0 but you can't do that on the review site. Worst customer service ever. I called to have a pizza delivered. He took my order and told me it would be 35 minutes. About 20 minutes later I get a call and I'm told that they canceled deliveries for the night. I asked to speak to the manager and the girl said she was the manager. When I pressed it and told her I wanted to talk to her boss she put someone else on the phone. Guess what, The next gal said she was the manager. I told her I wanted to talk to the owner of the business. She said I would have to call him on Friday because hes out of town. Then she hung up on me. He's going to get an earfull. I'm also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I have been to this Domino's for carryout and delivery. I just ordered delivery to my hotel and Dennis was my driver. I just want to say how sweet Dennis was when he got some my door and it gave me plates, crushed red pepper, and napkins because he knew I was staying in a hotel and then I probably didn't have any. I did not have any plates or napkins and I was so thankful that he brought them for me. I eat Domino's all around the country and this Domino's is on point. My first order was Pan Philly cheese steak pizza and a hand-tossed chicken bacon ranch pizza. Philly cheesesteak is the best pizza at Domino's has and it was amazing. I don't like the chicken bacon ranch but the pizza wasn't for me. Just cuz I don't like it doesn't mean it's not good. This time I got a pan pizza pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapeños and the boneless chicken plain. The chicken was better than expected, I ordered it for my dog to eat, and the pan pizza was good, I just wish it was cooked a little longer.

Where do I start , this place always gives bad customer service , from under cooking the pizza and wings to delivering the food cold. Also they have crossed contaminated my food three times … I mean after how many complaints is your staff gonna take better precautions making food… I asked to speak to a manger and was directed to the upper manger Troy. Troy was rude over all he told me the store is low staffed and couldn’t offer me a refund but to only give me credit… why would I go back if my order is constantly getting messed up. Also when i went in the store to complain about how Troy their upper manger was rude the staff began to laugh and say yes he’s an a** hole… wow not even your employees like you .. maybe that’s why the turn over rate is so bad at this location ..

There is so much to say about this place but I will say I did have a horrible experience, workers don’t use gloves they were out of the store doing unsanitary things and come back into the store without washing there hands and deal with food this place needs to get reported I do enjoy Dominos but not if I’m going to get sick eating there I would like for someone to review cameras on date 5/23/22 there needs to be more care when you can easily be poisoning the public

My fiance ordered pizza got are order just to open it I have the wrong order call them to be put in hold and then they hang up on me so I over to return the pizza hoping to get a fresh pizza in stead he cancelled my hold order the they were rude about it there was one girl who didn't even know what she was doing i was just disspointed in there customer service

Tonight we attempted to order online with our Las Vegas (NM) Dominoes. In spite of using two separate computers we were unable to complete our order due to an unspecified error with their system. We tried calling on the phone but no one ever answered. After we ordered from little cesar’s we drove by dominoes and they were open. The last time this occurred we went in and complained only to be treated with disrespect by the manager. Needless to say, we will never order from this dominoes again.
