Horrible experience, the lady at the cash with red hair was extremely rude, terrible customer service skills. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone. We won a Hershey’s chocolate shake from our fries and went to claim it and she said they don’t do it here. Why would they give out the boxes with the stickers on them if such a big company like Burger King can’t honour their promises. Disappointing

The workers are absolutel trash. It's not hard to follow a one order meal! Forget items and sloppy at work.

This is the worst store I had ever been. After waiting for 25 minutes, I approached the counter, asking for order. I was told they forgot my order. Instead of apologizing, the lady at the counter simply said, “You need to calm down.” Then she dumped my foods in the paper bag and threw it to me!!!

I wanted to get some food for me and my 2 kids before we board the plane. I wanted to change our order from a meal to only the sandwiches. Josephine our server canceled the order and let us wait for the manager. We waited 30min then we had to board our plane and they did not refund the 22$. That was our worst experience in our family vacation.
