So I gave it a 3 star because it's good but a one star because of the coronavirus thing. When a customer comes in you take off your old gloves wash your hands and put on new gloves you DON'T pick up a sandwich paper with your bare hands before you wash your hands than get a attitude when the customer tells you that's gross and go throw away the paper wash your hands put on new gloves before you touch the sandwich paper and he didn't have a mask on either and had the nerve to blame it on his boss saying ya ran out of masks. BY LAW the boss HAS to equip the store with ENOUGH MASKS AND GLOVES or they can get sued. Writing this to you so you know how people are running your store. GLOVES AND MASKS ARE A MUST NO MATTER WHAT.... But I love your shop though it's always clean and the food is great just GOTTA teach those kid's hygiene cause other people's lives are in their hands.

I dont know who is the manager here, they leave the employee with out any clue or any information about the promotional coupons. Also when the employee try to call the manager they did not even answer the phone. Why the hell all subway mostlikely leave the employee specially the new employees from another branch Dowring a night shift. He did his best to try to call them but no answer. All the sudden computer Brock down and he has to restart it and they don't even him the full access to the POS. And he's told me he can't get the coupon at this moment. guess the manager needs to get fired or explains why should I leave without getting my sandwich.
