Terrible customer service. The girl didn’t even say anything to me when I walked in. Didn’t even ask what I wanted just stood there in silence but made a comment about my mask falling down. They were out of a basic flavor chocolate! The girl at the counter was very rude seemed like she didn’t want to be there or help me at all. I understand times are tough right now but what happened to common curtesy. I will not be retuning I will go to Dairy Queen.

Apparently it's okay for this location to cut bananas and serve ice cream with no gloves. I've send the store a message but no one wants to get back to me. Its been almost a week and no response from owner so i just emailed the health department because the store refuses to get back to me. Enjoy the fine

Went into this shop tonight. The young man that was working by himself did such a wonderful job serving the line of customers. He was fast and friendly. We were so impressed. The ice cream was great. I hadn’t been to a Baskin Robbins in years but I’ll be back. Thank you for the perfect customer service.
