We only order from this location because it’s close to our house & when we really have to since all the other locations are a little bit of a drive. And every single time we order here, the order is never ready on time. I specifically order online thinking that by placing my order ahead of time & well in advance (a few hours at the very least) I will be skipping the wait. Not the case at this location. Our order is never ready on time & we’re always waiting at least 15 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. Once we waited over 45 minutes for an online pickup order. I try to avoid coming to this location if I can. I’ve never had this problem with online orders not being ready on time at other locations, only this one. It’s so frustrating because I keep thinking, “maybe this will be the time they get it together” & I am disappointed every single time 😑

Unprofessionallity at its finest. The sign at the entrance of the store calls for a maximum amount of 4 people in the store at any time, reasonably considering covid. However after entering and waiting in line with 3 other guests to be helped, a woman from the back shouts "Only one person in the lobby at a time!" When another guest mentioned the sign, she came back with the same command in a louder tone. Restrictions are reasonable. Professionality is still to be expected.

This Little Caesars location is the worst. I will never order from this location again. Every time the incompetent employees don’t handle their pickup correctly. They don’t put them in the touch less pick up so you don’t get notified that the order is ready. You have to go in and ask if your order is ready. Sometimes they forget to make it and have to make your order. Other times is has been sitting on the counter and is cold. Place is a dump, lazy employees and mediocre pizza.

They never have the "hot n ready" pizzas ready to go..and its always a 30-40 min wait??? The portal time is always wrong, so when you get there to pick it up, your order is never actually ready. I have had the employees tell me that the portal isn't working properly and that i will have to wait another 15 min! Not sure if its the truth or they just forgot to place the order in the portal. This place is disorganized and under staffed. Get it together people!!

CARELESS & LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I’ve been using this Location for years !! But have noticed the past few years that the staff & service have gone down!!! Tonight was the proof ... as I ordered on the app ... the order did come in a decent amount of time ( 27 min) but the order was wrong!! All I ordered was a thin crust pepperoni and a custom cheese with onions and mushroom... Well I didn’t get my custom pizza.... I got a plain cheese!
Needless to say I called the location and they had the audacity to say that I could bring the pizza to them and they would swap it out! And I proceeded to say no you need to bring me the right pizza! They hung up!! So I called back asked for a manager was on hold for 15 minutes they come to the phone and say the manager is not available! I continue to wait and they hung up again!! So I called the corporate number a person came on the phone didn’t even wanna listen to what I had to say, issued a refund! And hung up. Talk about lousy customer service! Needless to say again that location has lost my business!!

Ordered on the phone, and when I got there I was told I probably ordered from another store..the Manager Ce ce called the all stores on Durango..there are 3..and no one answered.lol...I observe the staff with Cece directions with a timed controlled hand wash and the change of gloves, I also noticed washing of hands..Cece replaced my pizzas for free...they said 15 minutes so I went to dairy queen for a drink, as I was walking back I saw the manager leaving..as I went back into the waiting area, the person in the back was making pizzas, spilled things, looked like string cheese on the floor and threw her trash on the floor, she never stopped to pick it up..as customers can see this..I heard the phone ring..nobody went to answer it..a couple of peple came in to order your hot and ready, and you did not have cheese..2 of the best sellers are cheese and pepperoni and you should always as a rule have them..just my observation..I was thinking probably 75% of this business is phones and customer service, I had stopped ordering from this store a year ago because they never answered the phone...I went there last month, thats when I noticed a new manager...Cece a suggestion; so this kind of work attitude needs to be made aware of..I want to give a shout out to for your great and kindly service ..CECE and thank you..but when your away , you have to either retrain your staff or get new ones, or hire you a lead..this hurts your bottom line and store reputation...again just my observations and these other reveiws...it seems like you can make this store turn around have great customer service and satisfaction...thank you.
