Jamba Juice

So this happened at around 1:20 pm 7/21/20. Went to get a peanut butter moo’d for my wife, I explicitly said no bananas (because my wife is allergic to bananas) on the order. I even asked when it was handed to me, “there’s no bananas in this correct?” Lady at the drive thru said no there’s not. Well it’s a DAMN good thing I tasted it first before I handed it to my wife because guess what? IT STILL HAD BANANAS IN IT. You guys could of easily had a law suit on your hands!

I just got back from ordering from the drive thru. I ordered four bowls and apparently it was going to take a while so the cashier had me pull around the corner, park, and wait for the order to be completed. I waited for 15 minutes and by then my patience had worn thin. I got out of my car and walked around to the front and saw the cashier still working on the four bowls. I grabbed the four bowls and walked back around the store to my car and drove home. When I got home and pulled the bowls out of the bag they were completely melted and the fresh fruits and toppings were swimming around in the melted frozen yogurt. Now my everyone here at the home is upset theirs bowls have melted into juice. I wish I could give zero stars for how unorganized the staff was tonight 😡😡😡😡

Came in today to have breakfast with my daughter we ordered our food and sat down to wait. When they call my name the worker explains they were out of oatmeal that my daughter ordered. Her solution was to make me wait prepare the rest of the order and let me know she gave me a refund. Well great now my 6 year old can sit and watch me eat my food and chew on her refund. Had she told me immediately i would have skipped the order entirely.
