We have been there 3 times, the food has been great & so has the service from the young Ladies behind the counter. Plus they play rock over the sound system. We will continue to go there weekly. Nice place as well.

I love their sandwiches. Also, they have made pick up orders a breeze. Makes going in and out of the place easy during these crazy times.

Staff very friendly and competent. Safe, distant ordering was convenient & easy. The sandwich though was SO SALTY. It seemed to be either the slaw or the dressing that was seriously oversalted, but I couldn't really tell which. Maybe it was everything, idk. I probably shouldn't have even eaten it. But I haven't had a sub in so long, I just couldn't abandon it. 🥲

This capriotti's needs a little work on customer service. No greeting when I entered the restaurant. There were two associates up front when I entered. The who appeared to be the manager come passed me and said, "it'll be a little while we're still making the order". No Hello welcome to Capriotti's. But oddly for some reason the next customer got, "hellooo! welcome to Capriotti's! 🤔🤨 interesting. I have worked in fast food and it's no excuse to get so focused on preparing orders that you forget about what makes it all possible,... the customers.

Literally every time I go in there They’re very friendly but my Sandwich is made wrong.... and I don’t get it because I only get three things on it... and yet there is always mayonnaise on the bottom.
