Staff is rude. Women who is probably the manager is snappy and rude. Not my fault i dont know you've changed your hours for holidays. And since is NYE even really considered a holiday. It's new years day that's the holiday

The staffs and service are good. They have small space to sit long time if you need to work. Closing time is quite early.

I did a mobile order to this place and they got it right. They have indoor and outdoor seating but it is not available as of today.

I was waiting over 10 minutes. They got all the drive thru orders first before getting the people in the lobby.

Every time i come to this location at least 1 thing is messed up, they do not know how to make iced americanos it tasted horrible, i wont be visiting here again, the boca park starbucks is awesome

I was going to the drive thru and when it was my turn to put in my oder, no one was saying anything for at least 5 minute. So, I thought that it was broken or something and so I went to the window and told them the situation and all they said was "ok but go to the end of the line"
.....uh....im sorry....what? At least say i am sorry or explain what happen in their end but nope.
Just well go back at the end..
