I knew that I’d find complaints regarding this particular store. There’s a complete lack of professionalism displayed by its associates. Twice I’ve overheard disgruntled employees venting about coworkers and work conditions. Also, the gray haired lady at the counter always looks like she’d rather not be alive instead. Horrible attitude. I brought my stuff up to the counter and once I’m done with payment my stuff still isn’t bagged, and then she says “NEXT.” At which point I had to start bagging my stuff. I don’t mind bagging my stuff, just let me know you don’t wanna do it. Misery is high there.

I moved to the area a few months ago and been going to this 7-11 since I moved here. The staff here has always been super friendly and courteous to me and the people I’ve brought in. There can be some shady cats hanging around the front at night sometimes, but the staff has always been more than cordial.
