It’s seriously a shame how loyal I am to this location for them to constantly mess up my order. I come here every single day with my husband and order the same exact cold brew drink. Yes it’s a customized drink, but it never changes and some how this location ALWAYS Incorrectly makes it. And I have had to go inside numerous of times for either a remake or a refund completely. And not to mention they are not nice about the situation, majority of the time it’s handled with an attitude and a rushed remake. I easily spend about $11+ a day at this location. And trust me, when the drink is made correctly it is absolutely amazing! (This is why I come back with the faith they will get the order correct.)But I definitely think today will be the last time I visit this location due to the lack of quality of customer service.

Our of all the Starbucks in Vegas, I love this the most! I’ve been coming here for years and have not once had a bad experience. They’re in a great location with Einstein Bagels and a pizza place next store. This location is a bit older than others but it’s always clean, friendly and quick with service. I recently came here and got a iced Chai tea from a very pleasant employee named Jessica.

The night staff is crazy, the morning staff can sometimes be rude. THE BEST employees I haven’t seen for awhile... they’re super friendly and we’re always up and working while other baristas stand around or I would hear them laughing in the back. Obviously not while COVID is around. But there was an asian lady with short black hair and a blonde woman with long blonde hair. Black haired girl always made things quick and easy, nice to talk to! The blonde girl was so friendly! Always made me feel welcomed and had really long braids! Amazing customer service from those two specifically! I hope they’re still around and I’m just coming at the wrong times.

What an unfriendly, rude and hostile greeting I received as I walked through the door this morning at 10 AM not wearing a mask. Told the rude hostile girl behind the counter that I have a medical certificate. She would not even acknowledge my presence. Finally she mumbled under her breath that she could not serve me without a mask. I told her one more time that I have a medical certificate but again, she would not even acknowledge my presence. What a rude hostile unfriendly environment. Will never go there again.
