I been here a couple times every now and then. And maaaaan, the food is nasty.
And every single time I get a coke or a root bear it has a funky taste to it. They might need to clean their machines

Half of the crew not wearing gloves to prepare order half of the crew carrying on conversation in Spanish while line at register piles up, this jack in the box is a disappointment.

The drive thru window is fast, fresh & pleasant. The employees are friendly and you won't have to go back for a mistake because there won't be one!

I wanna know how they can seriously mistake an order of mozzarella sticks for spicy chicken tenders? They don't sound the same at all and the excuse I was given was "my workers get confused by the packaging" uh hello, they have markers on the boxes for a reason. Nothing sucks more than having to dive all the way back to fix an issue. Not the first problem we've had with this location either.

It was late night & I used the drive-thru. Best parts were the gal taking my order over the intercom & the gal at the window giving me my order. Both were helpful, friendly & professional. For all I know it was the same person. The flavor of the burger was good & veggies on it were crisp & fresh. Fries, in the past, were tasty. Major problem this time was that burger & fries were both cold. Yuk! Since this was my first unsatisfactory experience with cold food, I'll try again & hope.
