Express Pizza

We got a menu slid under our door, called to order, got here in 45 mins as stated... this is where the problems started. Not only did the front desk call to let us know the food was here, but so did the delivery guy, the owner of the restaurant, and the front desk again. We got our food: wings had no sauce but did have hairs and feathers, pizza was cold and greasy, and fries tasted like day old fast food fries. The best thing about it was the Dr. Pepper. The delivery man even asked for a tip before we could even offer one. My family got sick from eating the slightest bites. Even my one year-old refused to eat. I decided to call to complain and request a refund (which I never do), asked if the lady who answered was a manager and she said "yes" with the worst attitude ever, probably because she knew what was coming. I let her know the situation and after a bit of back and forth about wing flavors, she said that if I only have two pieces of pizza missing and two wings missing, she would refund me. I let her know there were six of us and we all got sick so there's no way we can bring what she was requesting. She tried to settle on half of a refund so I asked if she wants throw up brought to her to make the order whole, to which she replied "yes". I let her know I would dispute it with my bank and that this is the worst food in Las Vegas, which led her to hang up on me. I'm not going to tell anyone what to do but that was my first and last time ordering from there.

Perhaps pizza is your main focus I don't know, I've never tried them. However I have tried other dishes from your menu. Being fair I can say that the first order was fine, liver and onions prepared great! I would order them again. Now my second order was your spaghetti and meatballs. For this dish I believe your cook must have missed meatballs and spaghetti class 101. It was awful!!! No flavor or taste. There was no garlic in the sauce nor meatballs. Far to much water as if you opened up a can of spaghetti and meatballs from any old store. Could not eat it and had to toss it, no one else wanted it either. This was the second time I ordered from you and as the first time you were out of chicken gizzards again. Bad inventory management. The question is do I risk ordering from you again?

First time ordering from here the food wasn’t that bad but the SERVICE was BAD. From the moment we ordered On the phone to guy delivering our food. Poor customer service they don’t talk to their customers with respect. We usually always tip really well but this time I was so blown by the rude customer service so here’s your tip....learn how to talk to your customers!!!

We tried Express Pizza for the first time last night. They are the quite possibly the BEST pizza ever!! Very fresh tasting. Whatever they do to their crust, it is the perfect amount of firmness, crunch and taste, without being too thin. The sauce has an amazing flavor and the cheese is so good. Can't say enough good things, oh except the the size of their single slices is enough for two! Highly recommend this place!
