They screwed up and blamed me! I bought a cake that said mint chip but when we cut it, it was vanilla. I came back to the store a few days later, expecting a full refund. Instead, even though I had a receipt and the below picture, they DENIED that I had purchased the cake from them! Then, they had the audacity to tell me I should have left in the middle of my husband's birthday party to bring the cake back (they asserted it was only 15 minutes away from the birthday party! What?!). Then, they told me I should have brought the cake back, asserting that I should have stopped serving a cake in the middle of a birthday party (again, WHAT?!?!). Finally, after dealing with these insults for 20 minutes, Sarah, the incredibly rude employee, did issue me a half refund, which is appreciated. But because of their attitude, I will be contacting corporate. Again, they screwed up; instead of apologizing, admitting their mistake, and remedying their wrong, they belittled me and essentially called me a liar. This is such an inappropriate way to treat a paying customer who did nothing wrong.

Just like every other Baskin Robbins, decent ice cream at usual prices. Reasonable service, however when I tried to give them my used cup to throw away, they refused to take it and said there was a trash bin at end of parking lot! So we walked to the trash bin, glad we didn't have to inconvenience them!

I ordered my daughter's 16th birthday cake last month from this store. When I arrived to pick it up they could not find my order. It took them 20 minutes to find my paper that had my order on. I asked to see the manager and the owner came out front. I asked her why my cake was not ready and she told me that there was a mix up and they had wrote the wrong date on it. She said it was my fault that the wrong date was written on the paper. I informed her that I had told the young lady who helped me that the pick up date was 8 June. I made sure she wrote down 8 June and checked it 3 times. After 20 minutes of arguing with the owner who was extremely rude the whole entire time I needed a cake for my daughter's birthday so I took one oiut of the freezer and had them put my daughter's name on it for me. Fast forward one month I thought that I would give them a second chance. I ordered my husband's 60th birthday cake and went and picked it up today. The cake was the wrong size. I had ordered a 9" round cake and they presented me with a 5" round cake. I told them I looked at the order form when she wrote it down and it said 9 inch. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. They can't get a simple order right not once put twice. The owner is extremely rude.

I’ve cream is hard to mess up and kudos to BR.. they’ve opted to remove dyes and their ice cream looks a lot more natural. I ordered the Peanut Butter sundae. The worker was a little short of friendly. I found that to be weird since I was the only customer to enter the store and what looked like a very long time. I asked for a substitution on ice cream which was shot down with a firm ‘no’. I’m trying to support a business during a rough time here .. I wanted to be met in the middle and I didn’t think it was such a weird thing to add for a substitution of ice cream. The worker made the concoction without saying a single word and then we were on the way. The ice cream was what you’d expect.. service was way less than that.. ESPECIALLY considering all business is tough right now. The ice cream was Recese and not bad. The PB syrup made the difference. Top notch! It was used very sparingly by the worker so it wasn’t great on every bite. It tasted like a great sundae made cheaply to save a buck. You can get by on flavor apparently with 3 stars. 2.8 stars with a generous round up.

I know the guy was struggling to pack ice cream for me but there was alot of holes in all three of the packs and ontop of that my friend got her ice cream packed as well but from another guy and that one also had holes in it. For it to be hand packed I expected the guys to atleast have it smashed down as much as possible. Its disappointing to not have been there in alot time to mot have it packed full. It wasn't even that busy. It felt like the guys were rushing for no reason.
