Wendy's

Lady (Older lady) at the window was rather rude, perhaps she was too tired or wasn't well but asking for one of missing item from my order shouldn't treated that way. Things happen no big deal, I didn't expect to hear an apology, but I didn't expect to treated poorly either. Don't be rude, especially since that was on you. I don't recommend this place.

Normal Wendy's food quality. Issue is with mobile ordering. A year ago, I placed for pick up inside. Nobody even started my order for 15 minutes. Now (a year later) they make the order, but nobody tells you it's done. The mobile app says to watch the screen for when it's ready. The screen there doesn't do that and only shows marketing stuff. After 15 minutes I went up to ask the cashier where my food was. They gave me my lukewarm sandwich. This location is horrible. Don't accept mobile orders if you can't even do what the app says.

I went in on Friday. I ordered the Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad. They gave it to me without the Avocado. I called in and the manager offered to replace it. I stood in line for 20 minutes before the shift manager came to help. I did get my salad eventually. I attached the photo from Friday's Full salad. To compare with what was IN my salad today. Not pleased.
