Church's Texas Chicken

It seems that their service is lacking with this pandemic. Food portions are really small I guess if the gm or team leader is there, then portions are extremely controlled. I ordered a small order of okra and when I got home I was able to count the pieces it was 12. The chicken strips i order where luke warm and not even fresh or piping hot. I had to put my chicken in the microwave to heat it up. The Sprite soda didn't taste right as if the soda lines were dirty or the machine. Want happened Churchs? Why is your service and food quality going down. The lobby is closed so you have to use the drive thru so you have to wait 30 min to get your food. Best american hospitality parent owner of churchs chicken please get your act together. Here's a pic of part of my order the chicken wasn't hot either

This was the first and last time that we will ever eat there. Actually we got ours to go. $10 for a 6in sub. You can get a 12in Subs at Port of Sub 4 less than that. And the sub wasn't all that great and the guy making it kept saying don't worry don't worry I'll hook you up I'll hook you up good. Never again

Ehhhh 100% these ratings are based off of food and not service. I mean the food is awesome everyone loves Church's. The service on the other hand......words cannot express. Hopefully the 1 star will say enough. Edit - Well here we are again 2 months later and this place hasn't picked up the pace. At all. Been in drive thru for over 20 minutes for an Apple pie and a 5 piece.
