Not the first time I've complained about this particular Wendy's. I really don't know why I keep going back. Requested one burger with no cheese, it had cheese, requested the other with a pretzel bun that I paid extra for, had a regular bun, nuggets tasted like they had been fried 6x in old oil, asked for all the sauces and got 3. Ugh!

Wendy's is what I liked. Tho I feel the prices are to high now. They also have too much bacon on every thing. I don't eat much meat especially not pork!

Check your order before you leave their sight! This location needs better stronger leadership & more savvy & present workers. Bad experience

Thank God I can leave a review. I was not given a receipt otherwise I would've taken the survey and gave a 0 for Customer Service. Im on my lunch break and I decide to spend my hard earned money on Wendy's dollar menu. I order the spicy chicken sandwich at 9:10 am 2/8/19. A d was greeted by a rude woman at the drive thru who stated "what can I get you" without a proper greeting or stating her name. I was kind a courteous still and asked for the dollar spicy chicken please. She told me to go to the 2nd window. I pull up to the 2nd window she tells me the price and I pray with cash. She then tell me to park to the side because the chicken isn't ready. So I spent 7 minutes waiting on a chicken sandwich. I felt like leaving but I wanted to wait until I got the receipt and call to complain. I am very disappointed at this location and I will no longer eat at THIS location.

Ordered online for pickup and when I got there it took 15 minutes before I got to the speaker and another 10 minutes before I could tell her my name. They couldn’t find my order because they gave it to someone in front of me so I waited 15 more minutes to have it made again only to find out the food was cold when I got home. Don’t waist your time with these clowns. Go to the Rancho store they care about there jobs.

Don't bother driving down here and wasting your time they always come up with some reason as to why they can't sell you anything like their system is down or they ran out of everything you ask for. Rude and intolerable cashiers. Very very poor management.

They never get everything right in an order. If it was just once or twice, fine ok everyone has an off day, but this location is consistently awful. Two days in a row and their soda machine isn't working right. I got home tried to find the receipt - they didn't give me one. Called - no answer, no voice mail.
