I placed a delivery order and was told it could take up to an hour because they were busy. After well over an hour I called to check on it and they said the food had already left. A bit later the driver showed up and when I asked my husband if the sauce was there, the driver jumped in and said it was in the bag. No sauce to speak of, and I ordered sauce the separate times, even asking for extra each time. I called and they ignored my calls or picked up and hung up. The food was mediocre at best. Save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I was in town staying at the Flamingo and I decided to support this local business. They had gone through the trouble of leaving a flyer at our hotel door. I placed an order from Cafe Modena at 1:58 p.m. on a Sunday. It said it would be delivered at 3:00pm. I called at 3:22pm to ask for a status. I was told that the driver left a while ago and that they would look into it and give me call me back. They NEVER called me back. I waited 30 minutes and called back. I was told that the driver was at the hotel looking for us but I didn't have a single missed call... And the room number is pretty easy to find lol? I called back again 10 minutes later and no one would answer. My friend called from a different number and they answered... They were ignoring my calls because they recognized my number!! My friend was then told that the driver was waiting for us in the valet. We took a long walk there and there was no one there. We called again and could hear the lady talking to someone else saying "I don't know what else to tell them anymore". How about the TRUTH? Why give us the runaround and lie to us? The driver was clearly not there. He never called me. I paid $70 hours ago and the food was nowhere to be found. Was it ever made? Probably not. The pizza place is a 13 min drive from the hotel. LIARS AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Ordered online. Said it would be done in like 15 minutes. I was there by the 15 and was told by some guy that it would be just a minute. I waited inside this establishment for 30 minutes waiting on a pizza that was cold barely had any toppings was made very sloppily and had absolutely no taste. The man that brought the pizza out to me was unapologetic and very unfriendly. Long story short I had to go home and recook the pizza after putting lots of Italian seasoning and some garlic on it. It was edible. To anyone looking for a good pizza skip this place. You’d have better luck at a place like Cici’s(and there pizza is not even real)or even making your own.
