Don’t ever do a mobile order here. They are irresponsible in going into the system marking items as being out of stock or that the Frappe machine isn’t working. A couple of weeks ago I order a Carmel Frappe and quarter pounder with fries. The frappe machine was down - however the app allowed me to order. Well when I got the order there was no frappe. I cancelled the order. And was informed to call the customer service. Which I did. I have yet received my refund!
This is McDonalds customer service but the franchise here at this store still have not responded to my request for a refund.
I will never use the mobile app again and Never go to this store again.

Sometimes it's good. But as you can see my Big Mac looks like someone took a big bite from a patty. Gave 3 stars (was thinking 2 stars) only because I tried a fish fillet for the first time and it was decent I was always scared to try fish from a fast food place.

Went through the drive thru on my way home. It was quick and easy. I ordered a double special of Big Mac's, french fries, and chicken nuggets. Tried the new fruit Frozen smoothies and they were pretty good. All the people I was in contact with were very polite and nice. I would go back there again!

Do not purchase or vist this McDonalds on Lake Mead and Hollywood. Service and food quality are very poor. More than incident has happened at this establishment. They work very slow and very poor. This McDonalds does not know how function and work with flow. They are rude and they get your order wrong every time. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS. PLEASE PASS THIS ON. AND SAVE YOUR SELFTHE AGGERVERATION OF DEALING WITH POOR SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT.

I've been here before the renovation that happened but now they are 100% incoherent and no one knows whose doing what. I ordered a large vanilla shake and they told me that the ice cream machine is broke, then proceeds to make an alternative, but then they forget the drink they were making for me and make me the vanilla shake but in a small, then everyone was wondering who made the drink... and i paid for a large. Not to mention one of the employees is super disrespectful to her co-workers and talking smack about customers when they were standing not even 3ft from them. This is why I go through drive through the worst customer experience of my life.

This location can NEVER get the order correct. Including items that need to be paid extra for. One of the people in the drive thru has all the trouble taking an order. Leaving the person on the system and not responding, taking off items that you had already ordered and being generally slow. Half the time that my family and I go there, half the menu is out. And anytime we try to call and complain the phone never gets picked up.

This is the worst McDonald’s in las Vegas! At the worst times they are CLOSED ! Just when you are about to spend over 100 dollars there you have to give it to jack n the box because they are closed. Jack n the box is becoming my new favorite. They’re always opened and always serving breakfast and dinner.
