Pizza Hut

My order was incorrect and not cooked all the way. I called when I wasn’t busy and was told because it had been a few hours there’s nothing they can do. When I asked to speak to a manager the guy said I’m actually one of them. I will never give my money to this sorry location again. The community deserves better than this and customers deserve to be treated better. It’s not like I’ve ever called to complain and just wanted them to maybe put a credit down for another day. Horrible customer service!!

Don't get me wrong, they use to have good service. When I ordered pizza with extra sause they use to actually put extra sause on it. Now it seems like it's a pre based pizza they grab from the back pre cheesed and everything. They put no good work into their pizzas and don't give you what you ask. My friends ordered a pizza and at first they didn't make it half and half. It was more like 2 and a half slices of one kind and 5 and a half of the other. Then they call and complain about it and they send us another one back but it's like two different size pizzas together.

Got a dinner box was great but kept calling the store because it said it had curb side pick up. They didn't answer the phone called 3 times. So my mom went in and got it. She said something to the employee and she just ignored my mom. Bad customer service. I work retail and I know sometimes u get busy but no reason not to answer the phone.

This store and company is so disappointing. I placed a large order for a girls sleep over for my daughter and friends. Waited 2 hours, the manager said her driver had been missing for 2 hours. Maybe she quit, but where are the other drivers. This store is very unprofessional. I think they need to close this location or us the community need to close them down if they don’t do better by the community

Never got my order. After calling and the delivery guy answering the phone 2 hrs later, said he delivered the order and described the wrong house. His manager then got on the phone and said they will not remake the order because her delivery guy said he delivered it to the right house and that’s the company’s policy. WTH??? He just admitted delivering to the wrong house. Never ever ordering from this location again!!!!!! So beware ordering from this store, they are rude and will not attempt to correct their mistakes. 4945 W CRAIG RD, Las Vegas, NV 89130. WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER, NEVER AGAIN!!!
