Worst STORE/RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE EVER. I AM DEEPLY HORRIFIED AND OUTRAGED OF MY VISIT AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS THAT I RECIEVED Wednesday night..... Not only did they forget me from the beginning but they then made me wait 20 MINUTES FOR ONE BURGER AND WERE SO INCREDIBLY RUDE THEY DESERVE TO JUST SIT AND SHAKE YOUR HEAD IN THEIR FACE. I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW TERRIBLY RAN THIS LOCATION IS AT NIGHT AND ITS SO SAD. THE THREE LADIES THAT WORK TO CLOSE ALL NEED TO GO BE HOMELESS FOR A DAY AND HUMBLE THEMSELVES ON PROPER Manners and etiquette of normal people. Who need their jobs. I just cannot believe these ppl acted like it was my fault and never apologized.

Have you noticed that their burgers no longer have grill marks on them? I wonder if that’s the reason the burgers always seem a bit cold. Newer location here. Clean but not covid clean. If the table has a sign that says “By order of the 🤴🏻King, this table has been cleaned for your use”, but there are still crumbs on the table, what does that say about the king’s servants? Just hope the King doesn’t find out.

Went to Burger King to get a double cheese burger and fries, I sat at the drive through speaker for about 3 to 4 minutes nobody took my order so I drove to both windows and nobody was there I then called the store and after about 20 to 25 rings someone finally answered. I asked if they were open and she said they were having problems with the head set for the drive through. The funny thing was I never said anything about waiting at the drive through so? So how would they know I was out there? unless they knew I was trying to order, and they were too busy doing something else. Then when I got my food they did not provide me with a receipt, very disappointing Burger King you did a lousy job I will choose carls Jr across the street next time I want a burger.
