Port Of Subs

Today was a first day in the last two weeks that I went inside and it didn’t smell like Fabuloso cleaning agent. I was thrilled to see that there’s a new guy working the counter however Robert is extremely pushy and won’t let him work independently without overlooking him or critiquing his work. I am not a fan of Robert or the other Hispanic employee who works there because they think it is OK or acceptable to carry on conversations in Spanish during a business rush with no regards for the customers, furthermore Roberts presentation is extremely sloppy he just throws the food together with no care or concern about the overall presentation. I’m sure this specific location is in a decline I try not to ever go here but sometimes I’m in the area and I decide to stop by.

Set up a part order 2 weeks prior at another port of subs, they waited until the day of to tell us they could not do the order and to refund us , the manager at this store location went out of her way to accept and build our order with no notice and on time , we couldn't figure out how to add the order online and she even helped us place the order in person and show us how to use our points , these are good honest hard working people and we will be going to this store location when we are order port of subs when we are on our side of town ....food was great we had people that never tried a lettuce wrap before take 5 and 6 home

Love their #5 sandwich, it’s amazing. Port of subs makes some really great subs and I feel like they are underrated in the sandwich game. This location is always clean and the food is always top notch. I don’t recall ever having a disappointing experience here in the past 10 year’s. Everything is always fresh and delicious. The staff is great, very friendly and professional and they know what they are doing.
