Normally, I like Einstein Bros.
This location on Eastern needs a serious customer service adjustment.
First, they get my order wrong. Then, I get two coffees that have been spilled all over the cup holder. When I ask for napkins so I can clean it myself, I'm met with attitude. As I told them, I was starting to lose my patience, because it was one thing after another, the kid putting my order together started THROWING the bags of sugar and creamer into the larger bag.
I make a lot of purchases here for my company. Guess I'm going elsewhere unless they can have a serious customer service reset, starting with the supervisor.

This is a review of this location. Not overall for Einstein Bagels which is usually pretty good. This location repeatedly messes up our order. Everything from forgetting multiple items to not making the requested items. I have given this location multiple chances and with my latest order for pickup missing 3 items that wasn't found out til we were already home (15min away). I am done with this Einstein and will not be returning. I hope others read this and either move on to another location or double check EVERYTHING on their order for accuracy before leaving.

I like their nova lox bagels. their selection of bagels is pretty good. they're ordering and paying system is kind of confusing, first you have to order at one register then you have to go to another register to pay. it's a waste of time. they should just open up more registers, not have customers deal with two cashiers. Their app doesn't allow you to specify what type of bagel you would like to order or if you like to have the bagel toasted.

There was no line to get in or order.
I was allowed to use the restroom.
It was an easy order of 3 sliced bagels & cream cheese.
They have a new bagel slicer as well.
Friendly staff & quick transaction.

The food is great! A huge variety of bagels and sandwiches with a good selection for vegetarians. The plain bagels are also vegan. The staff is very welcoming, and the shop is clean. Good coffee, too.
