Store employee kept denying my debit card cause she thought i was younger than 18 even and im almost 33! when she rudly asked for my id still kept denying me card. Wouldn't even let it run. Would not give her name. And after leaving then coming back another employee try and it worked. She obviously wouldn't even let my card go thru canceling it everytime i tried. Here her pic. And will contact manager. In the pic shes half turned around. Very rude unhelpful. Would rate this 711 0 if i could.

Horrible customer service the clerk also had the nerve to talk bad about me to other customers. Despite who is at faullt, you should never talk about customers! You can wait until they leave. I could even understand that,especially if the customer upset you.But i was sitting in the parking lot while she was pointing at me !And other customers where coming out looking right at me! im not stupid i know what she was doing and you shouldn't work with customers if you act this way!

The worst 7 11 store. The old long haired woman did not cared a bit I am a regular customer. She was really rude. Friday April 12th 2019 at 6 pm.

I have grown to despise the fact that this is the closest 7-Eleven to my home, but only in the mornings. For it is the owner of this franchise herself who greatly lowers the quality of the customer service this store provides. The employees that regularly work in the evenings and overnights are excellent in that regard.
When I leave my house, I tend to bring water with me to drink along the way. When I enter this store, despite my attempts to show her that I have entered with said bottle of water, she still strongly insinuates that I have stolen the product. Today, this happened in front of my grandmother. Of course, I will not pay for a product for which I have paid already, but the experience always leaves me very uncomfortable.
I strongly recommend to anyone, that if given the option, to visit another convenience store. You may only find disappointment at this one.

Visit almost everyday all workers are nice except the one very short mexican lady she is extremely rude for no reason everytime like i almost didnt go in today cuz i seen her

Got a whole pep pizza and they burnt it, and still cut it up and tried to give it to me. Then I had to argue back with both girls to get another pizza. Worst experience they don't even deserve a 1 star. Poor customer service and tried to argue with me in front of other customers. Will never go back.
