DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! Order online on their own and got a text confirmation an hour before scheduled pick-up time. When I arrived I was told food wasn't ready and would be 30 minutes!!! 3rd week in a row this happened! Good food, but not worth the service.

My first time trying this Korean chain and I am a hooked!! It's fast casual at it's finest and was pleased with the quality and taste profile of each dish. You must get their signature fried chicken--and choose spicy!! It's a lovely heat with a little sweetness added. It's super crunchy since from my understanding they double fry it. Delish!!
Their bulgolgi tacos and kimchi coleslaw were other standouts for me as well!

The food was good. But covid has hit this place in a weird way. You don't go through the front door? IDK why but you do through the porch door. If your in the aera definitely hit this place up!

Tea leaf salad. Any of the entrees. Coconut rice. The desert sorbets are seasonal, and a great way to end the meal. Consistently good flavour, my go-to for visitors.

Bonchon is normally the BOMB ! However, lately its been off. The last time I ordered the chicken strips I ate more breading than meat itself. Not to mention the zucchini fries were soggy rather than nice and crunchy as normal. THEN to top it all off...why is that when I get ready to go to the establishment at 8:35 the establishment has the lights off and no one can come in...yet you close at 9:30pm UNBELIEVABLE. Definitely not how you run a business...sure fire way to lose customers. Get it together Bonchon, I love the food.

Not a bad first impression. They are still working on the patio, it would be much better to have that outdoor seating because the inside is not that big. Everyone seemed really nice. The place is new so no need to comment on these things, but it is clean and well put together. Food came out fast, really fast. There is a bar, with stools, that can make this a nice place to stop by after work for for a bite and a beer. From what I tried, everything was good. Most likely coming back for more.

Literally my go to for fried chicken. I can’t go more than a month without having them. I usually get it twice a month. My favorite is the soy garlic flavored chicken strips đŸ˜‹ and their bulgogi tacos are also bomb af. I’ve put so many friends and family onto their chicken and they never disappoint any of them.

Delicious, delicious! So yummy! Will have to return to add photos for this review. Great food and service worth the drive to the otherside of town for us. Perfectly fried crunchy chicken. Fabulous kimchi and other sides. Do yourself a favor and go check out Bonchon.
