Gen Korean Bbq

With Covid going on it's reservations only, but they seat you as soon as you get there, the waiters are so attentive but not in an annoying way. Always making sure the table is good and clean. I recommend this place 100%. They're clean, attentive, fast and friendly. This is definitely going to be a biweekly date for my husband and I.

I must say We @clearingradio all fell in love the food was great Service was amazing and the atmosphere is fantastic the choices of meats are top of the line Presentation and options are awesome 👌 I strongly recommend this restaurant to any Korean BBQ lover or even those of you who have not gave it a try 😉

Today was my first time in Gen, we had a table of 4. Did not seem busy and there was no wait. Food was amazing. What killed the experience for me was our waiter. Im not sure if he was new or just having an off day. But at the price point, you somewhat expect to be waited on, and not have to ask for everything or try to flag them down for something as simple as a refill. And this happened several times, we had a couple different ladies that were dropping off our meat orders that we had to ask for things as well because we hadn't seen our actual waiter in so long. The waiter never offered to change the cooking tray out, or to have it done, and I believe it was the manager? Maybe was the one who actually did it.

Need a Korean BBQ fix? Eat here. With plenty of meat options to choose from, its a guarantee that you will not leave here hungry. Our server Jennifer was awesome! Super efficient, friendly, and attentive, she made sure we had any requests brought out quickly. At $23.99 per person, make sure you are ready to eat! Be sure to try the Seoul fries and the Korean Fried Chicken. You will find yourself ordering another order or two (or three!) before you know it.

This place has really gone downhill since the pandemic. When we went it was freezing inside. We waited too long just to order some drinks. The rice and condiments were brought out just thrown in a bowl and served, before it was all nicely presented. The meat took awhile to be brought out but but once cooked it was fine. The KFC Chicken was way overcooked. They provided plastic silverware which when eating meat and the rock hard KFC chicken it makes it really hard, my fork broke and I had food all over......just not what it use to be. Won't be returning 🤷‍♀️
