The food was good but drive thru asked is to park and wait until order was ready. Over 20 min later I had to go inside the store to retrieve my order. I guess they forgot me. I will not be back.

Drive to a different location in Vegas. This location is poorly managed.

Went through the drive thru.. BAD IDEA... Was told that any sauce requests have to be made at the window... I wanted to add to my order at the window, and was told to go back around.. No receipt for my $45 order.. I guess they didn't want the bad survey.

Great food, not great customer service. Also their biscuits are way too expensice! $0.94 each, that's a lot. But the food is great and the survey deal is awesome! They just need to train their employees better, we don't just return for the food we return for great experiences.

This popeyes is great. most efficient drive thru. the homeless people will deter you but thats vegas. the kids who run it are nice and actually have basic courtesy. they did accidentally keep my card once but i came back and got it and no one tried to steal from me! had my card for over an hour too. thank you for being respectful people.

Place to get southern food .4 stars because the fried chicken sometimes can be too crunchy and hard to eat for older golks.
