Taco Bell

This is a good one. I've gone here about 3 times for lunch now. Dining room is always clean, restrooms too. In my experience, the workers have always been courteous and helpful. First time I went, the cashier helped me find a combo that had what I was looking for. Service is quick, no more than 4 minutes wait

I hate leaving bad reviews for places I love but this was too ridiculous not to share. On 4/8/23 or 4/9/23 I ordered a 12 pack of tacos. I ordered to really expensive one with the Doritos shell and sour cream. When I pulled up and paid they already had my food ready which seemed very odd to me. So I took a minute to look at my order and noticed that they were all just the regular cheap tacos with no sour cream and no Doritos shells. So I informed them of this and they told me to pull around to the front and wait. They brought them out and the bag felt heavy, I was sure this was my correct order. However when I got home it was obvious they had just taken some of the tacos and squeeze some sour cream in them as the shells were broken and the rappers were not properly closed and there was just ingredients everywhere inside the box. They were also ice cold. I don't know how long these tacos had been sitting there because I know that they did not make them that fast they were ready before I was even done paying. This isn't right because that party box is really expensive and I expect to get decent tacos that are at least warm and not broken. I'll be finding another Taco bell. I don't blame Taco Bell the brand but I do blame the employees at this location. I won't get into it right now but this is not the first time they've done me dirty.

The food is okay but I hate ordering from the kiosk. One time I went in and there was a lot of workers in the kitchen but nobody was at the register and they made me order from the kiosk. It took me forever and finally one of the workers took my order at the register. They were very nice but it stressed me out a little bit. I came back home and my daughter asked me if I went to Target and I live right down the street from Taco Bell. I do like the thing that's folded up like a frisbee. It had a hamburger in it and cheese and it was very tasty but my husband had a healthier chicken bowl and he did not like it and it was 5.99. The value menu has good food on it for cheap and you can get full from it. They also have a $5 box which is a good deal and you get a drink.

I’m sure that the food they prepare here would be just as great as any other location, but the opportunity fell apart. At this particular location (Jones, just south of the I-215), the staff was too overwhelmed and/or oblivious to my presence in line, that I ended up walking out and leaving. I wasn’t even acknowledged verbally. This has happened to me twice. I may give them a third & final chance, but that won’t be anytime soon.

This is the worst Taco Bell that’s ever existed. I am a Taco Bell lover, it’s a shame that this happens to be the closest Taco Bell to my house. 50% of the time I decide to put up with this store it happens to be closed hours before the internet time. Today the Taco Bell had to close an hour early because the GM walked out.. in what world does this happen? Also the food is sub par compared to other Taco Bell’s. Getting any kind of sauce whether it’s cheese sauce that comes with an item on the menu or hot sauce packets it’s very hard to get. It’s unfortunate that I can’t leave a lower rating than 1 star. whenever it's 12:30 or later the people working never answers the the drive thru, the closing time is very misleading (it says 1am or later sometimes it says still open at 2-3am) you can literally see workers inside and they act like they dont see you or hear cars honking (one time i went there was 3-4 cars in line the person infront was honking for someone to answer but they completely ignore customers) i just wish management hire better staff with better customer service who can at-least communicate if they are close. to people trying to go to this taco bell just letting you guys know what to expect. Even if the sign says "OPEN" literally you're just there to get ignored while watching workers inside goofin around.
