Potato Corner

From a taste stand point they deserve 5 stars. Fries were AWESOME & some of the best chicken tenders I’ve had in a while. However, they were out of curly fries…as in they had none for the day. I get it, the whole world is experiencing supply chain issues, but never the less they are missing what I assume is the best selling fries. They didn’t run out. They just didn’t have any that say.

ELLYSE had the worst attitude and was an excellent example to a service failure. This location is in immediate need of a corporate evaluation. I went on June 8th and probably will not be coming back. When I reached the register to order, the first visible thing I see is 2 employees working in a disorganized work space. Fries were scattered on the counter, and proper workplace cleanliness were clearly not maintained. Ellyse fails to greet me, and prior to taking my order she decided to pull out her phone and sent a text. I stood there for at least 3 minutes before Ellyse blankly stared at me without saying anything. I had to take the initiative to ask if she was ready for my order. After placing my order, it did not come as a surprise when she also failed to saying thank you. For a Potato Corner franchise that charges $6.99 for a tub of fried potato, I expected better service. (Next time, I'll just stick to McDonald's for their $1.89 large fries which has faster and superior service.)
