Employees are unbelievable. We ordered 4 full meals for our family, but I realized that the kids didn’t have drinks. I asked for a water cup and the employees gave me one small one from behind the counter somewhere and went to the back. I then realized that I needed another one, but they were busy in the back, so I just took a regular cup (that are right in the front) and filled it with water. The employee came back and said I had to pay something like $2.89 for the cup. I explained that it was filled with water and that I hadn’t wanted to bother her and showed her. She still demanded I pay for the cup. Really? I dumped the water out and gave her back the cup, telling her to keep it then. I think they’re pretty hardened from living in Vegas by the liquor store, but an ounce of kindness could go a long way.

I love Roberto's. It's so hard for me to try any other Mexican restaurants in town because I would just rather have Roberto's. They have been there for me at 2am, they are all over Vegas. I can't remember ever having bad food from Roberto's. I even once had a delivery order messed up (this was during lock down, and it was the driver's easy mistake. I just got the wrong order) but it was still so freaking good! Stuff I would have not ordered and I can't regret the mess up. And as an Uber driver I try to recommend Roberto's to every passenger that asks where to eat.

My colleagues seemed to enjoy this LV staple, but i just wasnt a fan. Food/ingredients were fresh, but had nearly no flavor. Apparently, i MUST have this after nursing a buzz or a hangover 🤣🤣 now its all making sense! Lol

Used to be great but the last couple of times the food has been extremely dry and tough. Today it wasn’t even room temp. Not sure if it a new cook or what but please fix it.

Right when you walk in the door it smells clean looks clean and staff was waiting to take my order. It's been awhile as I started going to Don Tortaco out of convenience. But tonight I said let's give them a try. Great Hispanic music playing. There was a long wait but it let me know my food was being made fresh. Ordered: 3 chicken tostadas, carne asada nachos, and 3 rolled tacos all for $24. Taste equally as good. Glad I took a chance and came back.

Well this place is certainly authentic, whatever that means. The chips were warm which is usually the trademark of all great Mexican joints. The meat portions were large and plentiful. And quality for the price. The rolled tacos were Bueno. We asked to dine in but got it to go, we asked for chips and queso and got something with sprinkled cheese on top. The guacamole was liquefied. And I'm not sure if that was Salsa or hot sauce but it was also liquefied because that's what they brought me when I asked for salsa. I had high hopes and it was worth the stop.

I haven't been to Roberto's for a couple years because the Don Tortacos are everywhere and happen to be closer to both home and work.
We ordered to go at this location. The restaurant is clean - the condiments bar, drink station, and tables - and the lady working the counter was nice.
We had two chimichangas (chicken and carne asada), a #1 combo (beef taco and cheese enchilada), and a shredded beef tostada.
Everything was solid and the hefty amount of food with the orders hasn't changed over the years. It was a great reunion and I can't wait for our next one.
