Burger King

So I came up to this place because little caesars was closed so when I got there was only 1 other car. I place an order for a #9 just the sandwich but NO tomatoes. I get home and there is tomatoes it ain't that hard or rocket science. I would get it if they had a long line but no there was 1 other car. They got their food as I pulled up to pay for mine so there was no reason at all they couldn't have gotten my order right. Pure lazy!!

Drive through lady is always rude, food sucks. Today I got a burger that was hard like it has been sitting out all day and was just reheated. Chicken on the burger was hard and the tomato was soggy. It tasted old and looked old. I smelt the burger and it smelled very moldy, I instantly threw it away. Food is never good but bother inlaw loves the nuggets so we always go here hoping it would get better but it does not. Need new management and staff.

If I could give this place more than the prerequisite give stars i would but I can't so instead I'll say just the following, if Bri isn't a franchise owner.. She should be I'd she's not a manager She should be Bri single handedly helped me decide that I'm going to stick it out w burger King for a bit longer ( I have ongoing problems using the app redeeming bk cards etc. ) today I'd reached my limit and really intended to never come.back if this issue could not be resolved. Not only am I sitting here at bk enjoying my meal ( and no my isdue hasn't been resolved fully yet ) and while im.not willing to say how.bri resolved my issue ( too many folks these days take advantage) I will say the care I felt associated with it bought the kind of good will that as a franchise burger King cant.go into the market and buy ... People like Bri generate customers who are loyal for life ( THINK ABOUT THAT THE NEXT TIME SHE ASKS YOU FOR A RAISE) and oh ya .... all this was AFTER bri kicked out a customers who had been harassing me... Let this live on in the myths and legends category as " the time ( because of one remarkable employee ) at burger King I really did have it ... my way !

A little while ago. I and my sister entered the store for lunch. The tables were dirty, the floor had dried ketchup and the staff were using vulger language. When I spoke to the manager Katie she disregarded my complaint. She was more concerned with my pet carrier with my cats in them. I explained to her that my cats were completely contained, on the floor and totally legal. She refused to ever serve us. I tried to call the operations manager several times for several days and got absolutely no answer. I will never return to this dirty store again and Katie needs to be fired.

Customer service was horrible. While they were taking the order they did not respond, they took the order wrong. I told them fries and they put onion rings. I ordered some medium fries and they gave me small. As I passed the drive-thru window, they sent me to park so they wouldn't take their time. They gave me the milshake at the window and they didn't give me the straw and they slammed the door in my face. I asked them for mayonnaise on the side to take me to the parking lot and they forgot. Horrible attention.
