Subway

I noticed the bread was flaky and asked if the bread fresh? “All our bread is fresh”, replied the sandwich specialist. Not an appropriate response in my opinion. The sandwich bread was hard and flaky and came apart while I was eating it. It was not fresh. The meat and cheese were good and other than the bread it was okay. The place was clean except for a dark spill under the drink refrigerator that looked about a week old. The counter person was not friendly and a little rude. The manager seemed much more friendly and helpful to the other customers in line. Thanks but no thanks, I won’t return here again.

One of the tuna sandwiches I ordered through the app. I know if I was standing there while they made this, they would have put the correct amount of meat here. But this is ridiculous. There’s hardly any meat!! I ordered 5 subs this time, everyone at work wanted one. I think I’ll go to a different subway next time..

Well i attempted to pick up. It says this location is 24 hrs. Signs are all lit up showing open 24hrs. Yes it is midnight.... But the doors are locked and i can blatenly see the guy whos working roaming around in the back (since he has the employees only door wide open). So i proceed to call to see if i would be able to either come in and order or even pick up an online order, thinking he maybe kept the door locked for safety reasons.... BUT unsurprisingly, no answer. After about 10-12 rings i finally hung up the phone and found myself at in n out ( which i really just was not in the mood for)

I ordered in Uber eats for a modified sandwich all the modifications are there and the sandwich came back wrong. I ordered with cheese and it came with none. Came on the wrong bread. When I called the store the employee told me that they ran out of the bread that I wanted and they couldn’t get in contact with me. There are ways of contacting the consumers even through Uber eats all the contact info comes with the order when it is ringed in. Then he gave the excuse that the reason that my sandwich was wrong was because he was in a rush. When I asked for a refund on my sandwich he sent me his managers personal phone number to get a refund. Extremely unprofessional store with no organization. Wouldn’t recommend ordering here online if you want anything modified on you’re food.
