The staff member that helped me was very nice and friendly. Super easy to grab a sandwich while you hang out at Arizona Charlie’s Decatur location. I think it’s alright for what/where it is - I recommend this Subway long before you eat at the pizza place right next to it! But, Subway stand-alone stores have me spoiled to a better quality of fresh ingredients. Maybe it was an off night for this lil Subway but I wouldn’t bother trying again.

This Subway sandwich shop is located inside the Arizona Charlies on Decatur. It deserves 5 stars because of the workers here. They are nice, fast, courteous and professional. I have yet to have a bad experience at this Subway. The place is clean and well managed. It is also open 24 hours.😎👍🍾

All the sandwiches that are made there are made while you were standing there so you know that they're made just the way you want them to your satisfaction, all the ingredients are fresh. They have very fast service and very friendly service, the people that work there listen closely to your needs on how you want your sandwiches fixed.

This place has the worst customer service known to man. Wouldn't eat hear for free. In fact, I wouldn't eat hear if they paid me too. If you want rudeness and no service, this is your place. They are supported by a built in customer base from the casino but selectively tell some people they are not interested in serving them. Really need a 0 star for this place.

I've been to a lot of subways but I particularly like this location what makes it really special for me is that they always greet you with a smile and they're eager to make sure that they have done your sandwich correctly I really enjoy great customer service along with great food of course but if you want a unique experience in a retail chain this is a location to go to go check it out for yourself and then write a review

Here we go again another bout with prejudice. I am the nicest person ever and can take a lot from people that don't like me for the color of my skin. In this facility I like everything on my sandwcih except salt, pepper, mayo and etc. This is my standard order. This young hispanic guy decided to pile on the salt when I turned my back to grab some chips. My sandwich are the same every subway I visit. I can't have salt, it drives my blood pressure up, causes muscle cramps immediately and I must drink 8 to 10 bottles of water to prevent the immediate spasm. I discovered the salt the moment I bit into the sandwich. I drank 5 bottles of water and ate half of the sandwich. So I no longer visit this facility, it is not worth my health. Staff must take the mission statements to heart and treat others as they would like to be treated. :( moment in life

I ordered online and was greeted by Gabby a rude employee who told me I didn’t order anything. The money already came out of my account on my banking app. Once again extremely rude. I will never go back there !!!
