Wendy's #00004123 I arrived at front counter with one couple ahead of me. Five people were waiting to receive their orders. I waited 15 mins for the worker to take my order. Total time till I could sit down to eat my food, 26 mins The Chicken sandwich was not very fresh. The Dr. Pepper I ordered tasted like a diet drink. The lobby Soft drink machine was Out-of-Service. The restaurant was understaffed. I felt sorry for the current employees. My guess is they need 2 to 3 more employees to run things correctly. Also, more bad news. No one was cleaning the lobby area: Trash on tables and a kids blanket left at a table. Overall? Too much time wasted for a mediocre product. Go to Del Taco or Raising Canes down the street.

I never leave reviews but this is the third time I had issues with this location. I placed an order online at 8pm my boyfriend was running late to get it & so arrives around 8:45pm our order was still not ready. He then ask me to send the receipt & order because they did not have it but was giving him a hard time when we had the proof. Finally get my food & my boyfriend goes to check the bag was missing multiple items or they “didn’t” have the item but didn’t tell him that when he got the food. All in all I get places are short staffed but do better because they had no line inside or out & 5 employees in total.

Bad attitudes all around. Ordered number 3, one large fry, and 2 free frosty. We was over charged and tried to explain to worker in the pay window she still charged us for a number 3, med drink(didn't order and receive), large fry, 2 small frosty(didn't order), and 2 free frosty(did not receive). She just closed the window on us. So we went to the next window and tried to explain the issue and the manager says well you still got the 2 frosty, we didn't charge you for the 2 frosty. Receipt says otherwise if she would have listened for 5 seconds to our issue.
