7-Eleven CAN have the best pizza in town, but if the employees rushed the procedure by just five seconds you're left with a doughy uncooked slice of pizza. It's better to have it over cooked by 10 seconds than undercooked by 5! And that's why this 7-Eleven gets 4 stars!

Went into store before work for coffee. Coffee machine said need rinse so I inquired clerk, he said it was okay. Charged $2.50 for what I thought was a $1.49 coffee. Got to work and coffee tasted like dishwater. I do not work far from this store. After work I went back in to complain and show I didn't drink all the dishwater I had gotten on initial visit. Clerk on graveyard rinsed the machine and allowed me refill. But told me "this was only time". Treated me like it was my fault. There are 3 other 7elevens in this area near my home on Hacienda and Jones and this particular store just lost my business. There is another store on Decatur and Reno and yet another one on Jones and Tropicana and I'm sure they treat their customers better.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the store is clean and well stocked, and our hotdogs were juicy and fresh! This is a convenient location.

I was able to find the snacks that I wanted since they had a lot in stock.

The petrol pump was not unblocked after successful payment with a german cc.
Service button at the pump is being ignored by the staff (waited for 5 minutes).
Had to line up again behind 15 customers just to reinitiate the transaction after a unpleasant order.
Tourists avoid this place.

I used 7-11 pump to fill up the gas, it works differently compared other pumps. It will look better if they spend some time in cleaning.
