I'm a vegetarian and ordered a beyond meat spicy cheeseburger. I got home and was surprised to see that bacon was put on my burger. I went back to the store and was able to get a new burger, and received an apology from the manager. The staff was unaware of the difference in the beef patty and beyond meat patty- which is disappointing.

Management mistreat their employees, I've witnessed how this lady apparently the manager started yelling at this young man I beleive his name is Louis. I wanted to say something but I just decided to go somewhere else. This people that call them selves managers should treat their employees better. Employees are doing the best they can, and us customers by consuming their food.

Waited 5 minutes before I was even greeted and never was."here for pickup bro?" "Yes, for yuri" ...not another peep till the order was sitting on the counter 12 minutes later..."is this the order?" "Yep that's it bro"

When I got the food. I pointed out what the sign says and told the guy I had time to begin my google review due to the less than stellar "Superstar service".
His response was "dont come back"
I told him I have the right to express my displeasure in the service I received and he said no you dont, you can leave. "The other guy didnt help you, I did"
Never once was there an apology for the LONG wait. Just bad attitude. I can dish as well as I can take so I let him know their service was garbage and dont worry I wont go back.

Wow, customer service was awesome and friendly . Plenty of parking, clean restaurant, well maintained restrooms, I bought a delicious breakfast sandwich that was the bomb.

Delicious Veggie Burger. It's just a little on the expensive side considering you can get 2 Famous Stars for $5. This burger is $7 by it's self. If you are vegan make sure you customize with no mayo and no cheese.

i've been to carl's jr / hardees across the nation, and i've never experienced as bad-of experiences as i do here. 60% of the visits, they create problems for -that's an 'f' grade. their ratings here alone reflect a 'd-minus' grade.
i don't come here expecting top-notch service but these people aren't even prepared to produce carl's jr products or service.
this location isn't just in a 'hood', it's also infested with hoodrats, along with the work-ethic and level of skills. -these flunkies hit the jackpot when quarantine restrictions began, because they used the hell out of all of them to justify doing less of their already poor jobs.
since employees only reflect their own skills, it seems the management was scraped from the bottom of the employment barrel. i don't need to imagine the professional skills of the owners, i have enough business experience to know exactly what kind of people they are.
employees are either turning you away because they're "on a break" standing out the back door vaping, or they use the excuse of being "short-staffed" to justify giving bad or no service. when they think they're fulfilling your order, they're just handing you something vaguely close. if you call them out on it or ask for corrections, they'll come back with excuses and argue with you instead of correcting it, but all resulting in them not doing their jobs.
...and these people want fifteen-dollars-an-hour. -the good employees at the RALLY's and BURGER KING nearby are making less, and they're top-notch in service and friendliness. carl's jr is far too expensive by comparison to not be getting at least what you order without a smile, but they can do neither.
-OR go to the carl's jr on las vegas & paradise, they're not excited to be there, but they'll take your order every time you arrive and give you what you pay for without making excuses.
(btw, my bank charged back the order, AT THEIR EXPENSE. i don't think these people can spell 'refund' let alone issue one. this isn't the first time, so all those chargebacks -WERE ME - and i'll continue getting free food from here --it's okay, i'm not a shareholder so i lose nothing, but i am, of TACO BELL and PIZZA HUT nearby which DO offer great service)
the owners patently have no concern if this place is open or closed; and the management and employees are just milking the time clock for hourly wages.
SECRET TIP: complete the receipt survey and mark all the ratings low. those surveys go to their franchisors who might find them in violation, so restaurants tend to react to those. that's more effective than these online ratings.
this is a very bad location.

Really terrible they got my whole order WRONG. Tried to return the order and get a refund they refused. Even though the manger could see it was wrong and the fires were totally dried out. They don't even deserve one star

Normally I'd rate Carl's Jr higher, however this location was really gross. It smelled like sewage super bad & when I went back near the restrooms, I saw why.... There was literally standing water inches deep outside the bathroom doors. It was disgusting & smelled HORRIBLE.
We couldn't even eat inside due to the smell so we took our food to the car & ate there. The food was decent. Fries weren't fresh, but everything else was pretty good.
I recommend going through the drive thru & saving yourself the nausea from the stink.
