Dear Guy on the Night Shift at like 11pm ish to midnight on the 24th of April 2021... the man who heated up jalapeno and cream cheese taquitos for me even when there were none and made sure you were rolling them so they'd heat evenly... you saved my life. I have had a lot of death over the last year including the 2 most important people in my life last year and I was crying. I was crying so hard I couldnt stop so I stopped at 7-11 in hopes for some reason at midnight there would be some there because it would help smoothe my sad soul... and I just wanted to thank you. You didnt have to do that, but it helped me stop crying so I could see the road home. Thank you. You deserve a raise and all the good things in life. I wish I knew your name.

There were no customers at the store, no one in the parking lot and I parked my truck near the front doors so my wife wouldn't have to walk far, due to arthritis in her feet. Nick, or that's what his co worker said his name was, was taking a video of my truck and family and saying "here is an a-hole parking." When my wife asked him if we needed to go skne place else, he just said no, have a nice day. He refused to give us his name and would only respond, well what's your name. We asked for the store manager or owner name, he refused. He told us to just Google the store number and we could get it there. His coworker gave us the name of the owner and showed us on the receipt, the store number and have us his coworkers name. The rude employee told my husband he was going to call the owner of MOB and give him his name because my husband had a MOB hat on. Not sure what he was going to tell him. All the while, not a SINGLE person in their parking lot or in the store other than us.

All but one of the store clerks are really nice. However the one guy that works both swing and graveyard shifts does nothing but complain about how he hates this neighborhood and it's inhabitants. Many of which are customers and the reason he's working there in the first place.He says he lives a good twelve miles away from this location and my question is why he doesn't work at a store in his neighborhood 711 is all over Vegas. My guess is that he can't pull the surly act anywhere else and get away with it.The lady working swing shift opposite him is the sweetest.She always has a smile and a bit of friendly small talk that makes everyone feel welcome.
