The employees here are the worst. They work with no sense of urgency. They can’t comprehend simple orders. They look dumbfounded and ask you the same question over and over. Never will I dine here again. MANAGEMENT! raise your minimum wage so you can get some decent employees.

The employees look like they hate their job/life. You don't feel welcomed here and they most certainly don't make you feel any better about your visit there. They make a small plate if you ask for a bowl and ADDED GUACAMOLE TO MY DISH WITHOUT TELLING ME, so I had to pay the extra $3 which would've been fine if I had asked for the extra charge/topping. Their lettuce is soggy and brown. The "carnitas" meat is soggy too! It was sitting in a ton of water and they just scooped it up and into my bowl. The lady making my bowl wasn't happy that I asked for more lettuce. Definitely a bad experience and wouldn't recommend this Chipotle location to any of my friends.

GABRIELA MARISCAL the manager of this store, is a Saint and one of the nicest people I have ran into in my 28 years of life thus far. I needed to make a large order the same day and she was able to accommodate my order with kindness and care. I know she worked an extremely long shift just to make sure my order was completed. We'll over her out time. THANK YOU CHIPOTLE YOU HAVE AN AMAZING MANAGER!

Very disappointed in this location. Long waits due to shorts staff I can understand, but waiting only to be told sorry were out of Sofritas. Come on guys do better.....your menu is small let people know you are missing something with an apology so they dont waste there time and yours. Had i seen that message i would have understand and left. This is the 2nd time this week this happend to me so it's not like you were blind sided and ran out unexpectedly.

Went to chipotle because I love this place but when I went today they only took card I’m like ok then they said I need exact change. Like come on if I have a 20 and my food was 15 dollars I want my 5 dollars. I don’t think I would go to this location again

The lady that made my family food can’t hear it seems and the Queso cheese spill all in the bag and on my burrito how professional. If you don’t like your job go find another one.

Hello everyone just wanted to let anyone know if your looking for employment please never go there ….
I was interviewed and hired on February 11 , 2022 and never received a call back like the manager stated within a week .I called numerous times and was told the GM was gonna call me to set up a time for me to come in for ORIENTATION. Still no call back so I called again on February 28, 2022 and was told they hired someone else . If I could I would leave 0 stars for POOR Management
I would never go back there not even to place an order and wouldn’t recommend to anyone .
