Papa Johns Pizza

Best papa johns experience I’ve ever had!!! The manager with the pinkish red hair provided me with exceptional customer service, even though I had to wait, multiple employees asked if I had been helped and if they could get me anything, the food was amazing, and I’ll definitely be recommending this location to all my friends and family! Amazing amazing amazing 😍

Don't order from here. I ordered at 6:30 on a Saturday night, it took 40 minutes to prep my food and then 50 minutes to get from the store to my house 3 miles away. I tried calling the store and no one could spare the time to answer the phone. 90 minutes to get food with no update from their app, and 50 minutes to deliver it is stupid.

Don't eat here unless you want to get sick. I routinely order Papa John's Pizza from the Decatur & Cactus location with great results. I ordered two carry out pizzas from this eastern location two days ago. Both my girlfriend and I got extremely ill. I can't imagine how badly you have to mishandle pizza ingredients to get this sick. I thought that maybe it was something else because pizza isn't really a source of food poisoning, so I tried eating the second pizza the next day, same result. I tossed out the remaining pizza. Either they have poor food handling or some unhappy worker is tainting food with something. Avoid this location.

READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING HERE. Our first pizza was undercooked so we called to get a new one delivered and the second one came even worse! I have never seen a pizza like this. It was soaked and the box was leaking of who knows what. It was NOT oil. We had our pizza customized and they made it completely wrong. Manager was nice on the phone but pizza was so bad. I will never order from here again.

Back when William was the manager this place ran like a well-oiled machine. Since the new management has come in it's a train wreck! Always slow, RUDE staff and all around incompetent people especially that skinny girl manager! I went to pick up an order and she was cussing like a sailor saying the F word over and over again.
