7-eleven

Every time I come here there's always about 20 people in line, one person at the registers, and ALWAYS...I MEAN EVERY SINGLE TIME while the manager stands around lazily staring at the poor cashier run 2 registers at the same time. I'm going to post the pic next time because it's unbelievable. I'm a store manager and the manager at that 7-Eleven could never work for me. You have to work at my store in order to collect a paycheck. You won't get one just standing around and staring watching everyone else burn themselves out while you stand there licking your fingers. I feel sorry for her team they're a hard-working. And the manager she's just..... there

Their card reader doesn’t work but instead of realizing that the black gentleman who was serving me decided to be rude and disrespectful hinting that I’m 1) broke and then 2) snatching my bag of energy drinks from my hand. We live in an open carry state. Should keep your attitudes to yourself or don’t come to work with one.

Very very disrespectful staff, i was buying some cigarettes and i gave them.a 100 dollar bill and they were like we cant give you change for this. But this was in a very disrespectful way and they were like you can go to the slot machine for use to give you change. But the store employee should've told me that instead of being disrespectful period. I am a very humble man and nice but when someone disrespect me. I am not a nice person and i felt disrespected by your people.

Every person that works in this store is INCREDIBLY unfriendly, rude, and acts like the customers are an inconvenience. Not to mention only about 2 people who work there know how to do their jobs. The night shift 'boys' don't know how to do anything so they constantly say 'we don't do that on grave' since when can't you scan a barcode and take my money? Just say you aren't capable of doing your job or that you don't know how. Its not that hard that's why its an ENTRY level position, but i guess barcodes are hard for some people. The store is close that is the only reason anyone goes there bc the customer service is the worst I've ever seen. No one acts like they want to work so I'm not sure why they are there if they are so miserable.

Unprofessional store I believe I seen the manager smoking marijuana in the parking lot in a gray Jeep . No one wears masks homeless just stands around asking for money Or just sitting in the gaming area talking not playing employees arguing with customers behind the register And I repeat do not come to this place at NIGHT... to my knowledge I think they should replace this whole store Managers/employees because next time I visit Vegas I want to be able to feel safe to walk to 7-Eleven next to my hotel room
